Today was Elly's MRI. She did great again. They did things a little different this time. They gave her Valium while we were in her room and by the time she went to have the MRI done she was feeling good. Don't get me wrong she still fought when the put the gas mask on but who wouldn't. This time instead of coming out of her sleep on edge she was much more relaxed. This was easier on Harry and I to watch.
Once over at the doctor's office we unfortunately had to wait over an hour before they had the results in. The MRI results showed no tumors or abnormalities of any kind. At this time we are looking at this as a fluke. They have no idea still how she broke her lesser trochanter. But if they knew her like we do then they would know how she likes to play rough and tumble around.
We do have to go back the first part of January to see him. Thankfully he does come to LaCrosse once a month and therefore we will be able to see him then. We will do another set of x-rays to make sure the break is healing nicely. But for now we believe that all is well.
Thank you again for all your thoughts and prayers over the past couple of weeks. They were much needed and appreciated. We are looking forward to having some normalcy back in our lives.
