Passing Out

Well the preclampsia issues have now went to passing out again. Harry and I were prepared for this as we had this happen with Elly and it was at 37 weeks. But we were hoping it would not evolve into this. Around 4 yesterday afternoon I started not feeling good and then I started passing out. Elly, my little mother hen, took care of mommy as she called daddy. Left no voicemail but of course he called right back. It took him calling 3 times before Elly finally talked to him but he definitely knew something was up. Then Harry had to couch Elly into waking mommy up so that I could talk on the phone. I am sure that it was hard for Harry to be on the other end of the phone with not being able to do anything. After finally getting to talk to me and assessed the situation, Harry called my parents and they came right up. During this time, Harry's truck was in the shop and completely not able to leave. Elly kept entertained by watching a movie, trying to get me to eat by bringing me snacks and kept waking me up. She definitely was a good champ about the whole thing.

Tomorrow afternoon we have a regular checkup and at that time we will discuss our options. Harry did talk to the nurse last night but since the baby is well and active they are afraid that all they will do is admit me and not let me leave until the baby is born. We are trying to do what is best for the baby but also for what is best for Elly, to keep her routine as much in tact as possible. Grama is here with us last night, overnight and today. We are getting along well and hoping that this all comes out good and soon.

Please just pray for our family to get through this, and that all is well with the baby in the end.
