Harry's Bedroom & Family Room

We have been hard at work but at a slow pace.  I guess it is getting done so who can really complain, right?  So we have went back and fourth on this but I think the consensus right now is that this will be our bedroom and Lil Harry will stay in our current bedroom.  This will make his transition almost to nothing as he will just need to learn to sleep in there without us which I don't think will be that big of a deal.
2X4s are up all around the walls.

Next issue is figuring out where to put all the outlets and whatnot.  Harry is running into a lot of dilemmas in regards to the wiring in this house.  Kind of makes us shake our heads a lot!

This is the current doorway into this room.  This will be blocked off and will turn into a closet.  The new doorway will be in the hallway across from our bathroom door.

And who could do a project without help!  Must be break time!

Playroom will eventually turn into our family room.  This wall is continued from the bedroom/closet area to your left.  So since we were on a go with 2X4s we just kept going.  We will eventually get rid of the toys (when the kids are a little older) and put the TV, couch and carpet the floor.

As you can see the boys got in a little bit of a hurry and didn't worry about the toys...just shove them to the middle and go!  Here is Harry & my brother Jerod.  We also had wonderful help from our friend Nick while his wife and daughter played with us upstairs.

This wall butts up against the utility room wall we built right before the baking day.  Coming together as to where you are?
