So Harry and I decided that it would be good for Elly to continue to go to daycare once a week so that she keeps her routine with Lori but more importantly she gets to see and play with all her friends. She talks all the way home from daycare about what she did with "the kids" and so I am sure she was very excited about getting to Lori's today.
This morning as Harry got Elly ready to go in the milk truck...yes the milk truck, another exciting part of her morning. I could hear Elly asking if Anna would be at Lori's. Anna is like Elly's BFF and they are stuck like glue when Anna is there and not at school. It is a bummer of a day when Anna is at school.
I talked to Harry and asked how it went in the milk truck. Well there were some snow drifts that they had to go through today and so I guess there were lots of questions like...
"Lots of snow, daddy, how are we going to get to Lori's?"
"It is very bumpy, daddy, how are we going to get to Lori's?"
"Wow that is a lot of snow, daddy!"
But they made it with no problems. I will go and pick her up after nap time this afternoon. Now to get something done around the house while Miss Lorelai is sleeping.

JoEllen, You should know that you sleep when the baby sleeps, not get something done around the house. That can wait! Take advantage of the opportunity to rest.
