A Wonderful Birthday!

I could not have asked for a better birthday then I got today.

#1. I got breakfast with Harry & Elly where they presented me with a card that they worked hard on coloring and making just right for me last night.
#2. Did not have to work today which opened up my whole day to play with Elly.
#3. Had a dr. appt where I got to hear the baby heartbeat and got to listen with Harry & Elly.
#4. Had dinner with Harry & Elly at Perkins...I didn't have to cook all day!
#5. Had the greatest day yesterday shopping with my mom & Elly.

Dr. Appt.

The baby was great. Kept kicking at the Doppler and didn't want us to find the heartbeat. Elly was very shy but excited to be there and helping Dr. Nancy with everything. Elly was a little disappointed as she wanted to have the baby come out today so she could hold it. She will be a great big sister when the time finally comes. We did schedule our ultrasound for 20 weeks which will be October 1st. Then we will find out the sex of the baby. How exciting. With Elly we got to have our ultrasound at 18 weeks but Dr. Nancy wants to wait until 20 weeks so that everything is clear and we have no concerns and need to repeat the ultrasound. Which is fine with me.
