Horse & Colt Show

Well the weather man was completely wrong with the weather. I dressed us in long sleeve shirts, sweatshirts, hats, gloves - the whole nine yards because it was suppose to be cold, rainy and just down right miserable. Good thing that I thought to throw a t-shirt in there for us also because we needed a t-shirt by 9:30 AM.

We had lots of fun with lots of family and friends. We hung out with Papa, Grama, A. Jen, U. Nick, Maddie, Auntie, Uncle LaMon, Jena, Adam, Darren, Joel, Tammy, Cassy, Becky, Seth, Andrea, Shelly, Paxtyn, Bill, Jane, Joshua, Lydia, Isabell, Big Papa, Big Grama and lots more. Oh and this was Harry's first year of having off and was able to come with us. We had so much fun with Daddy!

First stop was the tractor pull where dad was get ready for the big tractor pull. Dad pulled in the 500 and 5500 with Jerod's tractor. Special request from Jerod to have it video. So they are it is - 500 first and 5500 second.

Isabell, Lydia & Elly coloring during the tractor pull.

Second stop was food. Let's just say that we ate food non-stop all day long. You only get it once a year. By the end of the night the baby was starting to get tired of me feeding it more food. I think he probably doubled in size overnight.

Third stop was the parade. We clock it every year and this year it was an hour and ten minutes. Not to shabby. The kids got lots of candy and we had lots of fun.

Here is a cute picture of daddy's with their girls. Ready for some rides!
Daddy & Elly went first on the ferris wheel. We didn't know how Elly would like it but it turned out to be a good experience.

Next was the kiddy train. We gave Elly the option of mommy going with her, daddy going with her or going by herself. Elly chose Daddy!

Mommy felt that she could handly going on the carousel with Elly. I was definately happy when we were all done but glad that I went with her. She laughed through the whole thing. She definately liked the horsies!
