An Innocent Prayer

We have been teaching Elly the power of prayer. And today was just too sweet and innocent not to share. As Elly was sitting on the potty she folder her hands and bowed her head. I asked her who we needed to pray for but she just sat there. I suggested we pray for Grammy since she is having some health issues. And so we prayed for Grammy. At the end she said softly "amen". After a little while Elly looked at me and said sweetly "Nonie". I asked her if we needed to pray upon Grandpa Harry & Nonie and she shook her head yes. Again, we prayed for Grammy and for Grandpa Harry & Nonie. At the end she looked at me and with those sweet blue eyes she said in her loudest voice "AMEN"! I believe God heard that one. haha
