hCG results

Are you getting tired of the drama....me too. So I went in today for another round of hCG levels. My numbers were up from 162 to 180. Not a lot but it is definately concerning. I spoke with Dr. Silva and asked him what our plan from here is...he said that if I start having cramping/pain like before he would recommend a laparoscopy. At this time he wants to see what next weeks numbers bring. An ultrasound would not show anything but if they are up or stay right around these numbers next week we will need to do another ultrasound and maybe talk more seriously about a laparoscopy. He said that he has seen in miscarriages where they go up, down, up, down but now in our case we are going up again. So this is the first time he has ever seen this. He had to admit he really doesn't know what is going on. That is why he is wanting to do another hCG level and then go from there. Will keep all posted as we find out. So another week to wait and see.
