I am finding out what some moms mean when they say "what do I keep and what do I throw" when their kids start bringing home art projects, papers and other items from school. Where do you draw the line? I decided I was not going to be one of those moms that keeps everything because in 20 years I am going to get the look "really you kept that, why". So I decided I am going to take pictures of each project Ellaree (the other two when they are older) brings home and put it in their photo books. This way they have it always, I don't have to keep it and it is still preserved.
I made this cute project hanger for the kids area. It has been great to hang up Ellaree's projects and once Lorelai gets into this I am sure there will be a battle as to who gets to use it.
Here is just one project I have of Ellaree's. It is a snake for the week that they learned the letter S.
