I just found out today that one of my former co-workers, at Gundersen Lutheran, son past away last night. This is very close to my heart as he was only a couple of months younger then Elly. He had been sick, got better and then spiked a 104 fever and when they took him in he was already gone. We all know that the Lord has a plan and reason for everything but it must still be very hard for her to loose her precious baby boy.
I have always heard the saying (not sure if this is the correct way of saying it) the Lord takes one and brings one in at the same time. Ironically, her co-worker went into labor last night.
We don't know all the details but I do know that your thoughts and prayers would be appreciated during this time.
