Family Birthday Party

This years theme was Old Fashion BBQ and it was fun to plan!  We had the brats, hot dogs, corn on the cob with potato salad, watermelon, homemade ice cream and fireworks at dusk!  Oh the kids had a blast!

WE are so very blessed to have so many family members that could make it along with so many friends that have become family to us.

Cranking the ice cream...each kid got a turn as well but it was these two boys that made it happen!

Ellaree is saving her money for a horse so she wrote a letter asking for money.  It was fun to see how people wrapped her gifts of money. Some got quite creative...

What a great night!

Ellaree only hung around home for one day and then she was off to Bible Camp for 1 whole week!  I don't know if this momma can handle 4 days gone, 1 day home and 6 days gone.
