Wallpaper & Popcorn Ceiling

Friday I got an itch to do something productive.  Yup I started another project in the house.  I started working on that horrid wallpaper in the bathroom that has been half torn off for about a year now.  It is driving me nuts!  After half a days work I had from the shower to the mirror done, so basically a little over half the room left to do.  Whoever decided wallpaper was great invention was wrong.  That stuff is so hard to get off.  So we reevaluated again.

We decided that we would just gut it and be done with it as I would need to sand, mud, sand and then paint once I got most of the wallpaper off.  So then Saturday I decided to....tackle the popcorn ceiling in the bathroom!

I was able to do the ceiling where I could stand on the counter but Harry had to help me with the rest

Half way done with ceiling.  It took us about 30 minutes to get it all off.  Boy it sure looks different in the bathroom. We are all sharing downstairs right now.  It is so nice, cozy and tight!
