Checkup

Yesterday I had a checkup with Dr. Nancy. Harry was actually able to make it and it was nice because we were actually able to focus on the baby instead of juggling the girls and try to hear the baby all at once. All is fine and baby's heart rate was 140 which old wives tail would say that it is a boy. The girls were always around 160. So we will see in due time what we are having.

I honestly do have to say that comparing this pregnancy with when I was pregnant with the girls is completely different. I don't have time to count down the days and weeks until it is time to come. I have it wrote down in my planner and the daily countdown on my blog otherwise I would not know how far I am this time. I am reminded often from Elly that the baby will come after Santa has come. But otherwise we are all doing good.

Elly is the usual big sister and loves to go get teething rings out of the freezer about every 30 minutes, give or take, for sissy to chew on. She needs them! Liza is getting good at sitting on her own and rolling over. The other morning I found her on her belly when she woke up. For the most part Liza is sleeping through the night. Every once in a while I have to get up to give her the Nuk Nuk and she goes right back to sleep. If we could only get that away from her. I am thinking starting at 6 months we are starting to ween her off of it so it is gone and out of mind before the next one comes around.
