Today was a milestone in Elly's life...1st haircut. Very sad day for mommy, as this means that her baby is growing up. Mommy and Elly both had their hair cut by Auntie Laura today. Not knowing how things would go, I have been talking to Elly about it and that only Auntie Laura is allowed to cut our hair. Ok, so I am thinking that if I tell her that, maybe someday down the road we won't have the scissors issue. Elly did a great job sitting very still and watching Auntie Laura do her magic. She got a Salon Elite date book for 2010, a Reese's peanut buttercup and a snickers for doing sooooo good. Of course, I have more pictures then this but didn't want to bore you with all my pictures.
Elly loved that she got to sit in the big girl chair, and had butterflies on her cape.
Elly was totally watching every move Auntie Laura made and was intrigued by it.
And of course, Auntie Laura made Elly look like an absolutely princess at the end!
