28.3 Weeks

Friday we had our 28 week appointment. All went well. I had the glucose test done. I was starved by the time I could eat again but other then that it was just another appointment. We were able to schedule our appointment with the surgeon who in return will tell us when we can have our c-section. But that appointment is not until the new year.

Elly is loving Liza each and every day. She hugs and kisses my belly and tells her to "wake up" in a very demanding voice. We will see how nap time goes once she is here. Elly has been able to go to almost all our appointments and truly love it this way. This way she is feeling apart of it. There are days that I don't even mention going and to Dr. Nancy's and she will ask if we can go or if we drive by the clinic while going to Walmart and she will ask if we are going to Dr. Nancy's. She gets very excited every time I tell her we have to go.

Friday we had to paint our fingernails and toenails for Dr. Nancy along with wearing a very pretty dress and doing our hair up very pretty. She loves going to see Dr. Nancy. Hopefully this continues on as we get closer to time.

I did find out that they have a sibling tour of the Labor & Delivery Floor so that they know what to expect. So I will be scheduling that soon too so that she can go and see what will be going on. I think she will like that.

Elly even asked the other day if we could buy Liza a Lovey, 2 matter of fact just like hers but different of course. That way she will have someone to give hugs to during the night. I thought that was very sweet of her. I told her that one of these shopping trips into town we would go and buy Liza 2 Loveys.
