Me: I am doing fine. I am recovering very slow. Not exactly what I had expected but I am doing ok. I am very sore and find myself very tired. The medication makes me tired & nauseated or the pain is making me nauseated. Not sure which but at any rate...I don't like being nauseated. Therefore, not a very good appetite.
Elly & Mommy hanging out after bath right before surgery.Elly: Elly has done very well with all the activity and changes this week. From going here and there and having someone different in the house each day she has adapted very well. She has enjoyed playing with each and everyone that has come by. As we speak, Elly is on her way to the farm house with Grandpa Harry & Nonie for her first overnight stay with them. This would be the farm house that daddy grew up going to on the weekends & summer outings. I am sure she will have lots of fun. Boy it is a lot of work though packing for just one night!

Grandpa Harry & Elly after bath time! Snuggle time in the sun!Harry: Harry has been absolutely wonderful. What else would you expect, right? I could not have asked for a better husband these last couple of days. He has been so helpful and caring. Besides trying to get his normal work done. Wow what a guy. I am still thanking God each day that he brought Harry into my life. I guess that will continue on the rest of my life. God is so good.
Other News: Well we have an area rug in Elly's room & the bubbles are on the walls. Papa & Owwy were up yesterday and helped with going and getting the area rug and putting up bubbles on the walls. Now we need to put the trim on the baseboards and we are good to go! The bubbles turned out AWESOME!
