That is right....we ALL got sleep last night. Elly even slept in until 6:45. Oh how nice it was. I still got up a couple times in the night to check on her but it didn't prevent me from falling right back to sleep. You can tell a huge difference in her mood that she is feeling better even though we are still not able to convince her that amoxicillin is the reason for feeling better. Even though we are all feeling better, we are still looking forward to the weekend with no place to go. Just hanging out and getting some work done on the house...that means working on Elly's room!!!!
This morning we finally had the first fall down the stairs. Elly was half way up and though I was right there I was washing my hands and therefore don't know exactly how it happened but I did see that it ended with her coming down head first. We cried for a little bit but nothing bad. She has a hard head. She basically cried until I picked her up and then we were all done. She is as good as new. Mommy's motto...if there is no blood, you will survive!
