Last night we talked with our agent and got an update on how all the improvements are coming along. This past weekend the attic insulation was placed. The septic was pumped, inspected again and next Monday will be repaired. The water and well inspections came back just fine. So we are still on track for closing on July 1st!
We are continuing to pack like crazy but with this weather all a person wants to do is sit in front of the window unit and not move. Thank goodness we have central air in the new house. We will all sleep better!
