Well yesterday was very nice. Daddy actually got home at an early time as he had a rider who needed windshield time (that means he needed driving time for CDL) and so he also got a nap on the way home from Iowa. That meant that we could wake Daddy up earlier then normal and spend time with the Birthday Girl! To celebrate, besides eating leftovers from her birthday party, we went to McDonald's. We even splurged and got the girls Happy Meals as we usually don't - we save that for the grandparents, aunts & uncles, etc. As we were sitting there eating our good friends Bill & Jane came in the door with their youngest Isabell. What fun it was to have them celebrate with us. Afterwards the kids had ice cream!
Not much else happened yesterday except just hanging out. Lorelai has a snotty nose and is either getting more teeth or she is just not feeling well. Poor girl is very groggy from feeling icky.
