As we celebrate The Memorial Day holiday, it is important to remember what the celebration is REALLY about!! Of all the gifts you could give a Marine, Soldier, Sailor, Airman, & others deployed in harm's way, prayer is the very best one.
'Lord, hold our troops in your loving hands. Protect them as they protect us Bless them and their families for the selfless acts they perform for us in our time of need. Amen.
I received the above in an email with pictures attached. I think that this prayer says it all and what Memorial Day is all about. With Jerod being over there it gives me a new sense of understand as to what it really ALL means.
