Bye Bye Crib

I should have known I wouldn't have three children that would stay in their cribs so nice and cozy.  Ellaree was a breeze and transitioned to her big girl bed with no problems whatsoever.  Lorelai has been wonderful with staying in her crib.  She acts like she could sleep there until she is 20...no need for change.  The storms name is Harry Gene Major! Why stay in a crib when there is a party somewhere out there just waiting for him!  We have been going on two weeks of Mr. Harry not sleeping in his crib.  He climbs out just as fast as we put him in there.  Therefore I took the mattress out and put it on the floor.  He is not very happy with this either but not willing to climb into his crib either.  He is sleeping on the crib mattress on the floor until his full size mattress comes which is in 2-3 weeks.  Lorelai is getting a full size mattress as well.  If one crib is going then I guess it would just be the easiest to get rid of both. Good thing we got bedding from Grandmother for Christmas last year.  I will post pictures once the mattresses come.  Now there is only one little hiccup about this...Harry has not built the kids beds yet.  Remember how he didn't get to the cribs so we borrowed with the idea he would make headboard/footboard beds for the two little ones.  Well there goes my kitchen...back burner again! Oh well they are worth the wait.  Until next time when I post pictures.
