We are pregnant and the baby is great! We are 9.4 weeks along and even though I am terribly sick that just reassures me that the baby is doing great inside. At 7.3 weeks we had an ultrasound with our fertility doctor, Dr. Silva. We were able to see that the baby is in the right place and the heart beat was right where it needs to be.
Yesterday, I went in because I had a little bit of spotting (yes, I know, we are starting this already). I was able to have another quick ultrasound done in the examining room and found out that baby is still doing great. But no picture this time. They also were able to put me on Zofran (the wonder drug of all drugs). I am so much better on this. I can take as I need it and it works within 10 minutes of taking it. Where was this drug when I was so sick with Elly? I can only wonder.
Elly is very excited as I will ask her where mommy's baby is and she will point to my belly. And if I ask where Elly's baby is she will point to her own belly. We are all thankful that God has provided us with not one but two blessings in our lives. Elly is absolutely wonderful and now we get to share that with her sibling. Elly has already stated she wants a SISTER! Where there are already votes in for a boy this time. But of course, Mikaila (who guesses correct every time) says it is a boy! So I guess we are having a boy.
Ok now that we have that off our chests....I can go back to writing on my blog regularly again.

Congratulations! Wow, we must be due around the exact same time. We are going in this morning to hear the heartbeat, which means I need to go wake Micah up. The one morning he sleeps past 6:00, and I have to get up to get ready :-(
